There is a difference with the product i received the first time - the new ones had not only buttons but also velcro, which I don't like very much because it is too wide around the neck and I can tie the old one, but this one is wider because of the velcro. However the product is great - waterproof fabric and the pocket collects perfectly almost all the food that my daughter misses to put in her mouth.
